Hello Experts,
My client wants to replicate the Organization Structure defined in their CRM 7.0 to the under implementation SRM 7.0 system with minimal effort.
This question might sound strange, but is there any way of exporting Organization Structure, in a transport or otherwise, which can be imported to the SRM 7.0 system. I believe technically SRM and CRM systems in Version 7.0 are very similar for Org Structures.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Regards,

Hi,
Never heard about such requirement, however it looks like replicating the strcutre between two SRM clients (As CRM components are similar to SRM), pls look at the below info grabbed from old sdn threads, it may be useful for your reuqirement.
Note: Replication is possible only via ALE, through transport it is not possible.
Create an ALE distribution model from your DEV to QAS and to PRD systems
- Create partner profile - with outbound message type HRMD_ABA
- do other such settings that are necessary for distribution of idocs in both the systems
- Then once you create an org unit/org units do as below -
- go to SE38 and run the report RHALEINI
- give object type as O and object id as org unit id
- provide partner details - QAS or PRD
- Execute.
This will create an idoc. Note this idoc number.
- go back to SE38 and run the report RSEOUT00
- Provide the idoc number to process it.
This will distribute the idoc to the destination system - QAS/PRD
- Login to the destination system - QAS/PRD
- go to BD87 and process the inbound idoc (this idoc number you can get from WE05 inbound idoc message type HRMD_ABA)
