ECC6 EHP4 to ECC6 EHP6 - SU25 Required?

Hi All,
We are upgrading from ECC6 EHP4 to ECC6 EHP6. Do we need to run SU25 steps?
I would have thought so.
There has been similar posts to this previously but there was no definitive consensus on what to do.

An enhancement pack is a release upgrade, it will regenerate SAP_ALL and import a new sub-profile into SAP_NEW for new objects, populate table PRGN_STAT with the new release and import date, and... will import new data into SU22.
Whenever anything is new in SU22, the correct route to process it is via SU25.
