Hi,
I want to know is there any table,FM or any other way to find the files which has been attached to a particular DIR but has not ben checked-in to the Content Server.
Regards
Amulya
Hi Amulya,
Actually the easiest way is to install Easy DMS I guess. It is easy to install to your local computer. There, you will directly see if the document is checked in or not. There will be an "wrench" icon near the document if it is not checked in to a content repository or "corrupted".
You can also use "check in all" function with just one click...

Dear Amulya,
you can also use report DMS_KPRO_READ for a particular DIR. This report lists up all original files assigned to the document info record and if one is checked out you will also see this in the field "Checked Out".
Best regards,
Christoph

Hi,
CV_CHECK_DATA_CARRIER - this fm is used to check if document checked in or not.
Please also check for the fms under function groups CV120 & CVORIGINALS.These fms will have the logic for this.

Keerthi
