Hi Rahul,

It depends on file directory paths given

For FPY1 - check the program SAPFKPY3 and there will be a variant with file directory mentioned.

For FPPNO there is a file directory path based on that files will get stored in those directories.

thanks,

Vikram

Hi Viktram,

I think you can't provide the path in the variant of payment program SAPFKPY3.

The file always go to directory ./ on the application server. Can you tell meg where can a new directory be configured?

Thanks,

Gergo

Hi Viktram/Gorgely,

Please follow below process to change prenotification file path.

Open the transaction FQP3.

Select the payment medium format as ACH_PRENOTE and click on
event function module

You have to create a custom FM which will be a copy of FM
FKK_PRENOTE_ACH_20 and attach the same FM in the event 20.

Write whatever logic you want to write to generate the file
name and assign this file name to the changing parameter C_FILENAME

For exa if you assign C_FILENAME = ‘usr/sap/tmp’ the
Prenotification file will be generated at the same path. No need to provide
file path at FPPNO transaction or the report program that you have mentioned.
