Hi all,

I am trying to purchase a license to use SWi MFST Project Professional (latest version) from the SRM portal. After adding it to my shopping cart I click on 'Transfer Shopping Cart' and then I get the following error notification

No data found for employee '0000390748'; inform system administration

Who should I talk to to get this fixed? I can't seem to find the right person.

Also I am wondering if I can purchase a second license for a collegue.

Can somebody help? Thanks very much!

Is employee added to org. structure. Please check with SRM functional consultant whether employee is added in Org. structure(ppoma_bbp)?

If added, check for the attribute assigned to user.

I checked for the same issue and the issue arises while if you are in a classic scneraio check the SU01d transaction in HR system and in SRM user profile is created or not . Maybe ppoma_bbp gives no error however this errro message pops up when the profile is not created in SU01d .

Hi,

Had faced a similar error. If you have authorization to the report HRALXSYNC, run the same for your user id and it will show exactly which link is missing in the org structure. The functional consultant / superuser is the person who can figure out this for you , if you do not have this authorization.
