GRC PC 10: Sign Off - Level of approval

Hello Experts,

I have a business requirement for the sign off procedure.

I was asked to customize 2 level of approval in this procedure.

Can you please help in the precise process, as all I can see is one level approval.

Unfortunately, the workflow in PC is not customizable, and review cannot be turned on for the sign-off activity.  SAP advises against trying to modify the workflow in PC, since this will lead to unexpected, and unfortunate consquences.  One workaround that some customers use is to provide reports of the status, in lieu of additional review.  I'm sure this is not the answer you are looking for, but that is the nature of PC.  We may have flexible workflow in the future, but it is not there now.
