Hi Lingaiah

For BI Mobile Application access the report , you have to create Mobile Category and assign report that category which report you want to access on mobile app.

For more on you can refere below link as ajay says

Thank You,

Hi,

You don't need to design specific report in order to use mobile device. You juste have to save your web intelligence report under a category called "Mobile" and you'll be able to see your report from a mobile device like an iPad or a smartphone.

All your content will be transformed by the application "BI Mobile" to display specific content available on mobile devices.

But if you want to design dedicated report to mobile device, you'll have to check the best practices for design BI Mobile Report such as it's written by Daya.

William,

I would disagree with that comment that WebI reports don't need to be especially developed.  I would suggest reading the Admin & Design guide that clearly states that WebI needs to be developed much different when you want use and maximize features on you mobile device.

Ajay,

You probably don't read my answer entirely.

I agree with you, BI Mobile report have to be "especially design" for mobile devices according to the device (tablet, smartphone).

BUT, in some case like very simple report (with one table e.g.) you don't have to re-built your report, it works fine. I'm certain that it won't be the best practice but if it appears that you've 1000+ reports, you won't design twice these reports to see them on mobility.

BUT, I recommend to design especially developped report to target mobile device to use full capabilities of Web Intelligence and BI Mobile App to drive your business.

For sure I agree at the end.
