Hi Experts,
I am new to Interactive Forms by Adobe and have a question for which I have already searched the Forum without success.
I have a form created with outputparams-pdfchangesrestricted = 'X' in the FP_JOB_OPEN FM, that results in password protected pdf file if I try to change it. Is there any way to retrieve the password used by SAP for protecting the document?
Thanks a lot for any help and suggestion on this topic.
Bye,

Hi Jepi,
The option you have used sets a random password (as mentioned in the documentation). The idea is to set the MasterPassword element of the XML with a random password, to disable modification of the document. This is why, perhaps, there is no way made available to retrieve the applied random password.
If you wish to allow modification of the generated document with appropirate PDF tools, set the value of the field as blank/space.
