Logon Problem : CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND GUI_IS_RCUI

Hello,

We have a problem in DEV system . We try to logon but we get the shortdump "CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND" Function GUI_IS_RCUI not found.

We will inform  you that the application de SP from SPS03 to SPS06 (SAP ERP 6 EHP 6) is interrupted .

We can't logon the DEV system

How to connect the system  to continue the application de Support packages.

Hi Adil,

Please check , at os level ,

1. Might some tp process are running, Don't kill any process.

2. Also check the /usr/sap/trans/tmp directory.Over here in directory check whether the files in the mention directory is updating or not.

The application of SP was interrupted after a unexpected shutdown of the server (Windows server).

How can i connect to the system ?

Hello,

I checked the directory d:/usr/sap/trans/tmp. I Was the log of SP05 of SAP_BASIS (Import phase).

Can I execute the following command to complete the import phase of SP05 of SAP_BASIS 731

tp R3I SAPKB73105 <SID> pf=/usr/sap/trans/bin/TP_DOMAIN_.PFL tag=SPAM

The manual import in the commandline was also the Solution for me.

I had to kill all tp processes and delete the complete content of \usr\sap\trans\tmp before starting the import.

Otherwsie I got the message in the Transportlog saying "file SAPKKB73105.SID ist already in use. Waiting...."

After this I could logon on to the system again and call spam to continue the import of Stack 7
