Dear GRC experts,
I have installed GRC 10, SP level 11 on NW EHP2 (SP level 12).
I am wondering if anybody of you has encountered the following error:
When the user who received AC work item logon to NWBC and navigate to his work inbox,
the work inbox is neither bolded nor refreshed by the number of unread work items.
If he navigates further to Access Management, it looks empty:
After clicking on that (Access Management), it becomes bolded and shows the number of work items in his inbox.
This is happening to every user and every time they access their work inbox.

This is POWL functionality but you can set the automatic refresh via IMG
I think this is all accessible via POWL_COKPIT transaction
What I notice (I'm on SP12) is that the inbox line items are refershed immediately. However, the Workitems Summary lines for counts are not until you click on them. I haven't really paid much attention as this is cosmetic. There might be a need to raise message with SAP
It seems like the Access Management won't refresh until it is clicked. The All List is up to date as it is refreshed once its loaded

I know its been a while but did u happen to raise a message with SAP regarding this issue wherein the "Access Management" inbox is not automatically refreshed until we click on it.
Just wanted to know if you did and still remember the resolution because we are facing the same issue.
