Hi,
We have created Trusted RFC connections from Solution Manager (7.1 SP08) to ECC system (EHP4 ECC 6.0) and vice-versa via Managed System setup wizard successfully.
"Remote Logon" via Trusted connection is working from ECC to Solution Manager.
However "Remote Logon" from Solution Manager to ECC system does not return any response.
Connection Test and Authorization test is successful for RFC SM_<CLNT>CLNT<client>_TRUSTED to ECC system and S_RFCACL is assigned in both systems.
Any suggestions to fix the issue ?
Thanks & Regards,
Nisha
Hi,
Try assigning Auth Object S_RFC_TT for the user in both the system.

Hi,
We are using same user ID in both systems and user type is Dialog.
Authorization object S_RFC_TT is added in solution manager system,
This object does not exist in ECC system since the Release is 701.
There are some errors related to gateway in trace file :
GwRqDpSendTo: no comm_adm entry found
COMM_TBL table error
Any suggestions to fix this ?
Thanks & Regards,
Nisha
Hi Nisha
now it's more clear.
As you can read in this http://scn.sap.com/thread/1548109 I think you have some network issue.
Can you check network comm between the servers ?
Let me know the outcome

hi,
there is not exactly user required for trusted rfc, if you configured by SMT1 and SMT2.
And also, trust RFC remote login works if you have same user for both systems, this is what the purpose of trust rfc, just login to the other system where your user exists without providing the password again.
in your case, i could suggest check
1. Does your exists in both the system with the s_rfcacl auth object?
2 .in sm21, st22 any bugs or dumps related to this?
3. Any gateway issues.
Please chec SAP Community Network Wiki - ABAP Connectivity - Setting Up a Trusted Relationship between two SA...

Hi All, thanks for response!
@Jansi,
Referring your questions :
1. Does your exists in both the system with the s_rfcacl auth object?
Yes, s_rfcacl is assigned in both systems.
2 .in sm21, st22 any bugs or dumps related to this?
No dumps are encountered, and there is no message displayed when we click onn "Remote Logon" to ECC system.
Actually when we click the button "Remote Logon" there is no response.
3. Any gateway issues.
Can you elaborate what exactly you requires us to check in gateway ?
We have also checked the link you have mentioned above, but does not help resolve issue.
Thanks & Regards,
Nisha
Hi,
Please check in SMT1 and SMT2 in both the system whether the trusted connection.
Please check check in RFC in SM59 , trust relation ship is yes.
still if you are facing the issue, plz remove the SID in both the system in SMT1 and SMT2 and recreate the trusted rfc in managed system setup( solman_setup)
Please make sure s_rfc adn s_rfcacl, authorization object mapped on both system user.
Also use same user id in both system during RFC creation
Rg,
Karthik
Hi Karthik,
Yes we have done all above steps as you have suggested and we are using same user in both systems.
As I have mentioned earlier, remote logon via Trusted RFC from ECC to Solution Manager works.
Issue is vice - versa, i.e. Remote logon via Trusted RFC from Solution Manager to ECC system.
Thanks & Regards,
Nisha
Hi Nisha,
could you plz send us - which user you are using for this remote logon and its type
regards
karthik

Hi Nisha
if it doesn't return the logon screen of the satellite I suppose it's working properly and the target user is not logonable
Did you configure also client 000 in SMSY?
BTW what's the issue the you are facing?
Let me know
