Hi Gurus,
I have just updated my Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1 from SP25 to SP30, and I met a problem with Sold-to-party determination process. Before I do an update, this process was working fine. After I do an update, all service desk message come to my system are not assigned sold-to-party, and I must assign to them manually.
I also check with IB52 --> Goto --> Partners, all Ibases had been assigned partners as sold-to-party. On BCOS_CUST table, I also do some customizations as SAP Notes. And also done with SPRO - Activate Partner and Address Inheritance, Change in the Past.
Are there any customizing that I am missing? Do you have any idea how to fix this problem?
