What is the proper way to delete and recreate a logical component ?

Hello Experts,

I just solved with the help of people in this forum some issue about my ERP systems being in the wrong product version, then I just added the SAP ERP 6.0 to them, so as a result I have one logical component well determined and another one (old one) bad determined, the problem is that the bad logical component is used in projects and solutions, and I want to delete it and recreated with the right determination. I have deleted the logical component from some projects and solutions, but there is one solution associated to my productive system that I dont know if i could delete it, so my question is, If I want this logical component in the correct product version, I have to delete it from every solution and project, then delete the logical component, and recreate it (right way), and lastly put it in the projects and solutions?.

Hi Paul,

That is exactly right.

To be able to delete a LC, it can't be used anywhere anymore.

So delete it from wherever it's being used.

Next recreate it, and assign it again.
