GRC PC - Sign off error on GRPC_SAP_JOB_AFTER_SIGNOFF

Dear Experts,

We are trying to perform a sign off on GRC Process Control 10 SP12.

As a regular procedure, first we schedulled the jobs:

GRPC_SAP_JOB_AFTER_SIGNOFF

GRPC_DOCUMENTS_CLONING_JOB

Then, we planned the job via Assesments -> Planer -> Perform Sign-Off

The process started, but when the step of sign off is completed, the execution of job GRPC_SAP_JOB_AFTER_SIGNOFF fails showing the message on the SM37 job log:

Control 01P350002097 does not exist

Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE

Any ideas? I found the note 1739702 - Carry forward option is not working but it says there that was solved on SP10.

Hi,

Can you check whether the control 50002097 exists in table HRP1000 and HRP1001.

Hi Smita,

Checked those tables but the were no 50002097, there is a "jump" in numeration..

It is weird a if a control existed once but today deleted...

Hi,

If you want to check who deleted it, you can check the logs for table HRP1000 using transaction scu3.

And if again you want to run this after signoff for other controls and not get this error again.Delete all the

cases related this control using transaction grpc_as_reorg.

Hello Jose,

Kindly check the control is available in the system or not and also check the validity of that control (if available). May be thats why you are getting error.

The control doesn't exists. It seems that has been manually deleted.

I think that when the job is trying to find that control, it fails.

Any ideas?
