automatic cache refresh does not work correct

Hi Experts,

We have an issue in which we have noticed that sometimes the automatic cache refresh does not work correctly, forcing us to perform a manual refresh.

I have been looking for information about handling caches in PI but I have only found this old manual:

does it exist a way of checking or creating the automatic cache refresh in PI?

Hi Raul,

does it exist a way of checking or creating the automatic cache refresh in PI?

• Cache refresh is always automatic when a cache-relevant object is changed and activated.
• When you edit the object you can always check the status of cache update under cache status overview.(Environment - Cache status Overview)

Also if you want to check cache connectivity, under component monitoring in RWB you have an option to do the cache connectivity test which will let you know if there are issues.
