Relation between AVAC control and cost element

Can any one please let me know, the relationship between the AVAC control and cost element?

AVAC control for budget I suppose you mean.

The relationship can be importatn because in AVAC control you can exlude some Cost elements from budget control. You can do it in OPTK.

Cost elements is nothing but its cost transportation if CE link with cost category then CE would be part of CO module if not link with cost element category then it react as simple G/L account which are required to ensure comprehensive reporting and detailed planning

You can specify cost elements that are not taken into account in availability control.
