Offline Risk Analysis: GRC10 - Legacy system

Hi All,

We have a requirement to perform Off line Risk Analysis for a third party system. We have configured the Legacy Connector as per the note 0001594963 by following the pdf : RiskAnalysisForLegacyConnector

We have prepared the legacy files in the required format(provided in pdf) and placed them in GRC server. But when we execute the Syncronization jobs , the Legacy data is not getting uploaded to GRC10

1) Is it mandatory to load all the below files for the sync to work ? we have omitted the Profile related files.

2) Do we need to configure any thing else apart from the steps provided in note 0001594963(RiskAnalysisForLegacyConnector.PDF)

Hi Praveen,

1,Have you run the batch risk analysis?

2.Is the parameter 1027 in SPRO set to YES ?

3. Do you have the data for the legacy connector in the following table

1.GRACUSERCONN

2.GRACRLCONN

3.GRACACTRUE

4. One the batch risk analysis job is finished,Check for the entries in the table

1.GRACUSERPRMVL

2.GRACROLEPRMVL

Once all the tables are filled,Run the risk analysis.

Hi Japneet,

Thanks for the inputs. Please check my response below:

1. I Ran the Batch Risk Analysis. But in first place , i dont see the legacy users and roles after running the Repository & Authorization Syncronization Jobs

2. parameter 1027 is set to YES.

3. Surprisingly , For the Legacy connector , the ECCsystem data is populated for tables GRACUSERCONN & GRACRLCONN which was configured in

AUTH Scenario along with Legacy Connector.

So, Legacy Connector has ECC data that was added to AUTH Scenario. No Legacy data has been added to these tables.

4. No Table entries found for the legacy connector after the Batch Risk Analysis

* The issue that we are facing is that the legacy data(Users , Roles , Actions.......) are not getting uploaded to GRC10 . What could be the possible issues ?

Please find attached screenshot of Logical Paths & Logical Files that we configured . We have configured only 6 of the 11 files mentioned in RiskAnalysisForLegacyConnector.pdf

Is it required to configure all these files for the Authorization  & repository synchronization to work?
