Urgent Change ZMHF - Action disappears after Scheduling Conditions

Hello Experts,

I created a new action for ZMHF Urgent Change. The Action was available in the Web UI .

I added Scheduling Conditions parameters for this actioin:

&CRM Service Process.User Status& {*} E0021+MHFHEAD

&CRM Service Process.ErrorFreeFlag& = X

After that the Actions disappears from the Web UI Menu.

When I deleted  the Scheduling Conditions parameters the actions become available again in the WEB UI Menu,

Anybody come across such strange behavior?

Any solution for this?

MM,

I hate to ask the obvious but I will. What is status E0021 on your custom urgent change and when you are testing is your urgent change at that status?

Thanks a lot for advice,

in my case the obvious things are not always obvious 🙂

This was a reason for this issue. Somehow I missed this part.

Hi MM,

Do you have errors in the transaction type ZMHF?

I'm asking you this because you added the ErrorFreeFlag&=X, which means that the transaction type has to be error free, before you can perform the action.

Thanks a lot for a quick advice.

I removed the ErrorFreeFlag&=X, but still the Action is not in Web UI,

Somehow it dissapers from there if I maintain Scheduling Conditions.

If I completely remove/delete the Scheduling Conditions the Action appears again,

Any advice please?
