How to get article sales text to POPUP when enter

Hi,

I maintain customer text in VD02. When I entered a sales order, if the same customer, the text will be POPUP as FORM HEADER text.

Now, I maintain article sales text for an item in MM42 basic data under distribution channel.

when entering the article during sales order creation, I want the same POPUP.

At the moment, the sales text is quickly added to the line item text.

is this possible to configure the POPUP?

   The Material sales Text will be Picked from the Text Id Configurations in the T.code- VOTXN

Hi,

tcode, VOTXN is configuring sales item text. Probably meant for entry during VA01.

I know where to configure the sales item text but I want the POPUP as said.

Any suggestion?

  In VOTXN for material sales Text under- Text is Obligatory check as Y or Z it Might work.

You are a genius.

It works when I set it ti "Y".

However, cannot tell the difference when set to "Z". Looks the same as both do POPUP.
