Hi All,

We are using solution manager for documetation.

We want to have a report for all the nodes in the Structure, that do not have any document assigned to it.

I have tried options in solar_eval . But cannot find, something particluar for structure nodes

Is it possible through the standard solar_eval ?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Routima,

go to Tx. SOLAR_EVAL: Analysis --> Project --> Business Blueprint --> Assignments --> Documentation

Choose your relevant project and select 'Display Project Structure'  --> "Display complete" .

This showes the whole Buleprint structure and the assignet document.

Enjoy!

Thanks Volker for the answer,

But the result contains all the struture nodes (including the nodes in template project).

Is there any way to filter the result to include only the nodes created in the implmentation project ?

Thanks in advance.

Hello Routima,

if you are in the selection screen of program "assignment documentation"(SOLAR_EVAL)   you can choose the button "Select Substructure".

Now you can choose your relevant node(s).

Hi Volker,

Thanks for it.

In our scenario, we have copied the structure from template project,

and we create a folder in implementation folder.

And selecting a particluar structure nodes is not feasible in our scenario.

Is there is a way that we select the structure node, based on its attributes, if it was created after a particluar date, a particluar person or do not exist in template project.

Thanks for the help !!

Hi Routima,

yes you can work with attributes for your new created folder by using e.g. administrative attributes.

You have to distinguesh where you want to execute your report (because solar01 has own administration attributes an solar02 too).

You can create attribute in solar_proejct_admin and assigned them to your relevant project.

Go to the top note of your folder and assign the attribute(s). Via mass change you can bequeath the attibute underneath of the top node.

Goto Solar_eval like this:

Choos whole structure and set yout keywords. Execute the report.

Regards

Volker
