Acknowledgement from PI - ECC

Hi Experts,

IDOC - FILE. In PI moni it was showing

"Acknowledgement not possible ".i want the ack should be sent to ECC from PI & i had seen the threads from SCN but there the document is on IDOC-IDOC & FILE-IDOC,so i dont know how can we achieve this.Please help me out, if you are.

Hi Satish,

In PI moni the ACK status has changed to "No Errors in Acknowledgement" , when i did the following

In PI server go to transaction se38. type idx_noale and execute it. enter the required sender port and client, again execute. Enter Request acknowledgement button.

But i need to send response back to ECC,and also in PI moni the following error shows in Acknowledgement.is Creation of "ALEAUDI" message type in  will clear my issue

Hi Samir,

i guess your are using double stack?

Please read Michals blog: XI: Playing with the file adapter's acknowledgments. You need a ccBPM where you request the acknowledgment. In a switch you decide how to fill (transformation step) the ALEAUD, which is to send in a final step.

Hi Udo,

   cant we achieve with out BPM,because scenario is already in production,so i tried similarly which was mentioned in the link http://scn.sap.com/message/8554207.But no luck.

Do i need to create inbound parameters  partner profile of type ALEAUD?

if yes,whether i should add inbound parameter to the exist one which was use for IDOC.(in whic already outbound parameters has been given)

else create separately.

From the blog:

The file adapter's acknowledgments can be requested 
if you're using a BPM (integration process) so you cannot request them if you have a simple flow (except if your use proxies - see comment below)
