Issue with Maintanance Cycle transaction creation

Hi,

We are setting up ChaRM in 7.1 SP07 version. All the configuration and STMS activities are completed.

Now when i create a project and activate ChaRM, it worked fine. But when creating maintenance cycle, it created only task list and the correcponding transaction (SMMN) is not created. See the error from application log:

  • Service Desk transaction error
  • Error in Service Desk. Transactions not found

I see the std transaction are available and working. What could be the issue. Please help.

Issue resolved. My BP was not having the DEV system details in the Identification tab.

Once maintained, it works fine.
