Issue with my Account points & awarding the points to thread

Hi,

I had 43 points in my account. All of sudden my points had been reduced to 12 points. I am not sure why.

I am also not able to respond to the reply's for my threads. I should have 2 options Helpful answer and correct answer.

Please help and correct.

The 12 points are current points earned over the past 12 months.
