RCA- Template error in each summary screen

Hi ,

We have configured the RCA in SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP05 vesrion.

i am getting below error in summary screen

Hi,

this is the BI error, check the corresponding BI query is activated or not.

if not activate manually by RSA1 -> Bi content.

Other case, you can also make sure solman_setup all the BI related task went green or not?

specially CCMS_bi_Setup, this was the one activate most common BI infocubes.

And also have you done technical monitoring?if not configure technical monitoring and try, if the issue with extractors, that would solve by this,

Related to BI activation evert thing is fine.

Some issue in the template loading.

Any idea how to reload the template for RCA .
