Auto-Email to Reporter at Status Change- SOLMAN 7.1, sp08

Hello,

    I am configuring our Solution Manager 7.1 system to utilize Web Client for Incident Management.

I would like an e-mail to automatically be sent to the Reporter once the status of a Incident is changed. Currently, I believe I have taken all the steps towards this action, yet no e-mail is being sent.

Below is a screen shot of my "Define Action Profiles" screen and "Define Conditions" screen.

Please let me know of any steps I may be missing.

Hi.

Please check images attached. This is an action created my me in our system. We achieved to send an e-mail to reporter after any status change.

Give me points if resolve you question.

Hi, Maheshie.

If you want notifications to be sent automatically, you should also define start conditions (tab "start conditions').
