SAP Solman Service Desk and Crystal Reports

I would like to create crystal reports to pull data from my SOLMAN Service Desk.

Right now - the data is in a structure...

CRMT_7010_SERVICE_UI

COMT_PARTNER_TO_DISPLAY

I'm not sure what the underlying tables are... Does anyone have suggestions for reporting on service desk in BI?

Shane - Have you tried activating the BW content for Solution Manager?  That is what we use to report on Service Desk and it meets our needs.

hi Tammy - no we haven't tried that.  how do i activate that?

Hi Shane - it depends on the version you are using; in 7.1 sometimes the BW content is activated automatically.  Also see SAP Note 1611826
