I would like to create crystal reports to pull data from my SOLMAN Service Desk.
Right now - the data is in a structure...
CRMT_7010_SERVICE_UI
COMT_PARTNER_TO_DISPLAY
I'm not sure what the underlying tables are... Does anyone have suggestions for reporting on service desk in BI?

Shane - Have you tried activating the BW content for Solution Manager? That is what we use to report on Service Desk and it meets our needs.
