Approval Deadline issue

Hello Expert,

               We are implementing SRM 7.0 for our Client and we have configured N-step approval workflow.

One of the business requirement is an alert or notification should be triggered to the approver if he/she doesn't approve the SC within 12 hours.

For that i have configured in event and event schema in SPRO and maintained that event SC in transaction type SHC

SPRO--> Cross Application -->event and event schema for alert management.

WF_APPR_LATEST_START--12

WF_APPR_REQUESTED_START ---12

But the deadline notifications are not triggering after doing the above configuration.

Could anyone  help me to rectify this issue?

Hi Mahesh

Apart from that also you need to define recepient of notifications with SC Approver with role as AP Approver and choosing the appropriate check box

But I m not sure about two steps u did

Infact it sud be WF_APPR_LATEST_END and WF_APPR_LATEST_START--12

Thanks for your reply.

I maintained the above settings in the system but still it is not working.

Also, the system is not generating any email notification for Created, chnaged, approved SC.

I checked in SOST andthere is no email notification in it.

Is it a bug in the system or is there any SAP notes availiable for this issue??

Please help me on this issue.
