Proxy connection from PI 7.11 to SAP R/3 4.7

Hi all,

We are trying to establish Proxy connectivity between SAP PI 7.11 and SAP R/3 4.7 system.

The proxy connection(SAP PI-->SAP R/3) is working fine from SM59, but when the same is being used in an interface, we see "HTTP 401-Unauthorized" error.

Please provide your inputs to resolve this issue.

Thank you!!

regards,

Amanjot

Hi,

that means that you're using a different RFC to ECC in the channel

or you did not test the connection in SM59 correctly (more probable)

Solution:

open SM59 - open the RFC to ECC and do - CTFL+ F4

Hi Michal,

I am using the same connection only.  Also the conenction is being tested properly.

Now, we have a different situation, messages are coming fine from SAP system but when we send messages from PI to the SAP system, the following error comes:

The HTML error comes as:

Enter username and Password.

Could you tell me what can be the issue ?
