e-mail notification is not working in solman production system

Hi Gurus, I am facing an e-mail notification on Solman 7.1 SP06 ERROR, I am sending an e-mail to message processor when the status is changed. This funcionality is working perfectly on develop systems, but after transport the requests to production systems , the automatic e-mail is not working, only the manual e-mail notification is active, does anybody has any check list to find whats wrong between does systems.
