Unable to see Travel Request Data on Portal - Travel Approval iview

Dear Experts,

I am unable to see travel request data of requester in the Travel Approval i view. 

My System Details as follows-

1) ECC - EHP6 ERP 6.0

2) Portal - Net weaver 7.3 EHP1

3) Travel Management - Webdynpro Abap

Refer the below screen shot.

Kindly suggest me possible solution.

To me it doesnt look like a POWL issue. Get your Tax codes configured in the system. They will appear.

Hi Harsh,

have you personalized the POWL Dialogue for the respective MSS-User? Check TA FPB_MAINTAIN_PERS_S for this. Unless you define how the POWL should select data for your user, it won't select anything at all. There also is a KBA about this TA that has pointed me to some time ago: #1622954.

If this doesn't help, please elaborate more on your entire process so we can understand whether the problem is technical or rather in your business process.

Also make sure you have the approver role assigned e.g.  SAP_FI_TV_WEB_APPROVER  - but yes basically there is nothing "pre-filled" for the approver so they need to add employees in the maintain employee list (The KBA that Lukas mentioned is the way to maintain this centrally for an employee)
