HR Trigger request not getting generated

Hi Experts,

I am working on GRC 10.0 SP9 for HR trigger functionality. I have followed all the steps as given in below node.

Also ran simulation step and it is giving me correct output result (in this case, Action ID as output)

However when there is change in HR plug in system (e.g. let’s say If I change the User ID mapping for communication (0105) info type and sub type 0001) it does not trigger any request.

My question is

1.       1. In order to generate request, do I need to activate MSMP workflow for process ID: SAP_GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST_HR?

2.       2. If yes, what rule should I map to the process ID in MSMP workflow Step 2? Will it be same BRF application ID which I developed as per above link.

I am searching the HR trigger request in NWBC under “Search Requests” header. Please let me know if I am searching it in correct area?

Also is there any mechamism in GRC backend system where I could get details on HR trigger request (like action, processing ID etc.) through table ?
