De-Centralized EAM Issue

Hello Experts,

We are implementing De-Centralized EAM for GRC 10 but when I execute the t-code /GRCPI/GRIA_EAM in the plug-in system  it says the t-code does not exist. We are at SP10 for GRC. I think we have to update our sp level in plug-in system or apply a note. Please suggest

Below I have listed the SP level we currently have

GRC System

GRCFND_A       V1000      0010       SAPK-V1010INGRCFNDA

Plug-in System

GRCPINW     V1000_700   0005     SAPK-10305INGRCPINW

you need to be on SP 10 for Plugin systems. also check below notes.
