PPM:Multiple items details not stored in dattbase table.

Hi All,

i am trying to create multiple items by using link( Create New item->Multiple items radio button->selectiing only Item template) .

after filling all mandatory fileds its saving successfully.but when i tried to edit this item all mandatory fileds are Blank and data not stored in database tables except item id and description fileds.

Can anybody help me.

Hi Dhanu,

If you select an Item Template and the fields on the Item Template are blank, these blanks will overwrite the data you enter. So, use the Item Type for your Item Creation or use an Item Template where the mandatory fields are filled.
