System not allowing to change status of CRTD to Rel in Quality Lot

Dear All,

I am not able to change status from CRTD to Rel,even though inspection plans is there,i have also tried to change date in QA02.The system show following message

"NO Inspection Plan Could be found"

When i see in details following error details are found in system

No inspection plan could be found

Message no. QA278

Diagnosis

A task list  could not be found for the selection criteria. The inspection setup for this material in the quality management view of the material master defines an inspection with a task list.

System Response

Sample calculation and inspection lot release are not possible.

Procedure

Check the:

• Selection criteria
• Material/task list assignment
• Task list status
• Task list usage

Pl help in this matter.

Hi,

Go to QA32 ,Select line item - go to Insp.Lot tab- check the dates (of lot creation & insp. plan creation)- go to tab insp. specification - click on tab'Task list.spec & sample.calculation.

Check if CRTD status gets changed to REL or not.

The only reason behind this is date of lot creation and plan creation.

Please go in QA02 and change key date for the same. I will resolved.

Dear Vikas,

If your Lot quantity is not within range of From Lot size to the To Lot Size of Inspection plan, then plan is not assigned.

For Ex: lot Qty 0.5 and

From lot size is 1 to To Lot Size is 999999, then Plan is not assigned.

Dear Vikas

If  you are not able to find out what have you missed.then make a new plan in the back date earlier than the date of material document and then assign that plan in QA02 with proper sampling procedure in inspection plan

I think you have missed out sampling procedure.

Hi

Check the Status in Header area of task list

Check whether inspection lot is created before the creation of task list/insp plan

Check whether 2 task list is assigned to one material

Check whether insp plan is assigned to material or not.

Hello Vikas,

Please check the date of creation of inspection lot and inspection plan. The plan should be created before lot is created.

If not, please change key date in QA02 transaction and it should work.
