NullPointerException Receiver Mail Adapter - SAP PI 7.0

Hi Experts,

My scenario is proxy to Mail and I am getting Null pointer Exception Intermittently in Mail CC.

Please let me know if anybody encountered similar issue or any suggestion to resolve the issue.

what is the target structure that you are using.. are you using mail package or normal structure. please paste the communication channel parameters here..
