Hello All,
We are in SRM 7.0 and have implemented Shop on behalf functionality recently.
We would like to know that if there is a possibility to shop on behalf of a requestor who is not in SU01.
Meaning, that requestor of the SC is not in SU01 but the requisitioner (the one who shops on behalf of the requestor), has valid SU01D.
Kindly advise.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Catherine
Hi,
In order to work the SRM shop on behalf of functionality, it is mndatory that the requester should exist in SRM Org. structure with a valide SU01 id.
There is no workaround for your reuqirement whatever the version you are in.

Hi Catherine,
If user is not created in SU01 then that user will not be integrated into Organization structure.
For Shop on behalf of you mostly define requestor attribute in PPOMA_BBP for user.
So to answer your question if user is not created in SU01 then he/she will not be under Org structure and you will not able to do Shop on Behalf of that person.
Hope this helps.
Thank you
Ritesh
