IS IT POSSIBLE TO RAISE MULTIPLE PR's FROM ONE ORDER GENERATION..?

Hi Gurus,

My client is asking for one order generation have to develop multiple( one or more) PR's. Is it possible to do so? If its possible please tell me the configurations settings to be done. Thanks in advance.

I hope, you talking about PM Orders. Please use appropriate forum for your queries.

Use Enterprise Asset Management forum for PM related. Follow the below path.

IMG - PM & CS - Maintenance & Service Processing - Maintenance & Service Orders - Functions & Settings - Define Change Docs, Collective Purc. Req. Indicator, Operati

Deselect the option as Collective Req. for your Plant & Order type combination, so it will give separate PR for each line item

Order is created through PMCS module, yes you can raise multiple PRs or Collective PR line items can be created in single order either for Components or External services.  You can achieve through IMG only

img>pmcs>maintenance and service procesing>maintenance and service orders>functions and settings for order types>define change documents, collective purchase requisition, MRP relevance.
