Installation hangs at install Java Engine logging.jar extraction

Hi All

I am installing NW 7.01 and Java jdk is j2sdk1.4.2_19. My installation hangs at extracting logging.jar file.

could anyone please help me in this case ?

Please provide the out put in sapinst log  youn can find it in installationn dir.
