We have solution manager 7.1, we are able to attach documents to any change requests but unable to open/download the attached change request or incidents or change documents.
The attachment links to a web page but gives error
Kindly advice if we need to have content server separately installed or
Solman has any integrated content server?Further how can we
open/download the documents attached to a change request/incident??
Have you try to active trough SICF the service that is named on the screenshot ?
