Hi all!
We are using BO4 SP5 (server is running linux, clients windows vista) and have created multiple @Prompt-Values in our data foundation.
These base on a static LOV which consists of a technichal key and a string.
The string is what the user selects in the prompt and the id is what I want as a return value of the promt.
What I did was hiding the key and using it as the "Key Column" for the string and to set index awarenes in the prompt.
In the IDT preview when I select a string from the prompt I get back the key as expected. When I export this exact same universe, WebIntelligence does not recognize the key and the prompt returns the string...
Can anybody tell if this is a known bug and how to circumvent it?
Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Bernd
Hello Bernd,
was the prompt set to "select only from list" in Web Intelligence?
Refer to following KBA:
1823263 - Primary Key (index awareness) not used in SQL of a Web Intelligence prompt
Best regards,
Victor
