I have a question to ask for you:
We have projects, with availability control active, which were planned, (annual and total). When projects are in ejecution , and has actual values, compromised values, (PO and PR), performs the calculation of budget taking into consideration:
actual values + commitment values + values planned , then active availability control, limiting the amount of budget, taking plan values, as if they were already commitment.
We have analyzed the customizing, and we didn't find if there is way, to avoid that in the calculation, the system does not take the planned values in the budget availability control calculation.
