Shopping Cart status is not getting updated

Hi Sap gurus,

We are on SAP SRM 7.01 with SP 8 (Service Pack)

Issue we are facing is  I created a SC and i approved the Cart completely. For the first time after approval the status of the SC in POWL is showing as "In Purchasers Worklist" (which is correct).

When I refresh the POWL the SC status is coming back to "Awaiting Approval" and i'm not able to find the SC in Carryout Sourcing (COS)

I tried executing the reports BBP_GET_STATUS_2, CLEAN_REQ_REQ_UP but no use.

Are there any Standard reports to solve this issue or what are the steps need to be taken for this issue...

Hello,

Check if customizing available in note 1697416 has been followed.
