Message /SCMTMS/AC 102 You are not authorized to perform this action... Only on my laptop

Hi,

I am working on SAP TM 9.0

When i try to change a freight order only on my laptop, i have the following message :

/SCMTMS/AC 102 : You are not authorized to perform this action for the business document

I can create or display a freight order.

I don't understand is why I can change a freight order on another laptop ?

The problem occurs only on my laptop, so it is not  an authorization issue.

Your help will be really appreciated.

Hi,

Do you use NWBC?

Most likely, your laptop logs on to the system with a different user, or to a different client. This usually happens when a previous session is not closed properly by choosing "log off" and some artefacts remain on the client machine.

In this case, clearing the browser cache should help.

Thanks for your answer.

I log on TM via internet explorer, not with NWBC. (the objective is to log on via SAP Portal).

I have clearing my browser, i have made tests with Mozilla Firefox and i have the same issue.

I really don't understand.
