Shopping Status is not getting Updated

Hi Sap Gurus,

We are on SRM 7.01 version with SP8 (service Pack 8).

The issue we are facing is Shopping cart status is not getting updated even after the SC is completely approved. (Showing "Awaiting Approval" at POWL and line item level both)

For the first time after approval the Status in POWL is showing up as "Item in Purchasers Worklist" but when i refresh the POWL, status is going back to "Awaiting Approval" and i'm not able to find the SC in Carryout Sourcing.

Are there any Reports in SRM 7.01 which we need to execute, we tried with BBP_REQ_REQ_UP, BBP_GET_STATUS_2.

Can anyone suggest on this issue...

Hello,

Actually there is no report to move shopping cart status from "awaiting approval" to ordered.

Once workflow is completed, shopping cart is released.

Reports mentioned by you are responsibles for updating cart item status when follow-on document is created.

Check in transaction BBP_PD if header status "awaiting approval" is inactive.

Also, check the content of field SOURCE_REL_IND at item level in BBP_PD.

Hi Ricardo,

I think i forgot to mention that status is going back to "Awaiting Approval" after workflow is completed.
