IAC customization ESS address

Hi, Experts

Can any one tell me how to customize an IAC.

for customization I follow below mentioned steps

<b> 1. se80

2. internet service

3. select the service (zpz02)

4. open html template in change mode

5. perform required changes

6. save changes

7. publish complete service

8. start service

but unfortunately changes not reflected.

...... is there anything that I have missed.

Please help me out.

May be there is a problem with the template or the mime cache. Though they should be flushed during the publishing it may fail...

You can try to flush this chaches using the transaction

sitspmon.

The transaction "sitspmon" not working on my case.

may be this tx is only for integrated ITS. I am using standalone ITS.

Ok,

the external ITS is usually configured not to take template changes

into account. This makes sense for a production environment, but

not - of course - for a development system.

Please check the configuration parameter 'StaticTemplates' which

should be 0...

How sitspmon(Trnx) is linkd with your zpz02 trnx ?

Im not using Integrated ITS and able to customize PZ02 using <b>t77www_sc</b> View,

All you hav to chk is to identify the Screen prm for the Trnx PZ02 using the above View.

And also check whther ur transaction works in R/3 ?

The trax is working fine in R/3 but how to identify screen prm for trnx.

Just proceed the steps below ..

1. First you hav to find out the function module for this service file ...

Goto SM30 -> T77WWW_SC ... find out which fn module your transaction points to!

PZ13 pts to HR_ESS_PERSOnaldata_* Just chk which one is default.

2 . You have to copy the entire fn group in which the fn module belongs .

3. Do changes in the function module ....( u can find Screen in the fn mod )

4 . Copy pz13 to zpz13 .

5. then ...create a new entry in the View T77WWW_SC ,and pt it to the craeted Fn module .

That's it .

Thanks for your reply.

Your answer seems good but I am not able to work on it. If possible please send me some more detail on that.

When I goto sm30 and enter the table name T77WWW_SC it shows many fun.module which are country specific I am able to find the one which is for US(default).

But how to perform step 2.....onward........

please advise.

Those function modules which the default params are CHECKED...
