Can we adjust the inventories for the past dates?

we are working for the month end closing, and we need to adjust the inventories for the past dates(past financial year). is it possible?, or is there any other way to do it?.

I am not sure if you are looking for an answer to this, but thought will reply back. If the Financial Year is closed you CANNOT adjust the inventories for the past dates.
