ICM redirects requests from HTTP to HTTPS. Why?

Dear Gurus.

In our ABAP system both HTTP and HTTPS ports are defined,

When I open the url , for example , http://myserver:8000/nwbc it redirects me to https://myserver:51100/nwbc

The parameters are attached.

Please advice.

Hi Kogan,

The default setting for ICF services is to switch to HTTPS so this is what will happen for all services unless you explicitly change them so that no switch takes place.

Please check the services in question - you can verify whether they will switch to HTTPS or not on the

Error Pages tab   > Configuration   > Actions During Logon.
