Budget entry document number getting skipped

Hi All,

We have uploaded the budget and budget entry document no was 45 later when we upload the budget next time we see the budget entry doc no is 50. After we upload another 5 documents in FMEDNR it shows the next number as 59 while it should be 55.

I checked table FMBH also there are no documents with the skipped document number. Please help me with this

Hi,

You have to deactivate buffering for BUED_DOCNR number range if you want to avoid gaps. See, for example note 879912 for more info.
