Failed to Archive File

Hi,

we are facing the issue in PI 7.31. Failed to Archive file. but we have tested, the User details are working fine & have all access for the Archive folder.

But still we getting the below error in Communication channel monitoring.

Error Message: "The FTP Server returned the following error messages: 'com.sap.aii.adapter.file.ftp.FTPEx:550 unexpected reply coderename: Cannot link to a file on another device.'. for details, contact your FTP server vendor.

Hi Vishnu,

Check whether you have authorizations to archive files are not?

get yourself the permission for the file to move it.

Check the file name, directory path and the FTP parameters..

If every thing is fine, contact your FTP provider.

Also try to access the FTP system from your PI server and open the archive directory..
