No its not possible, in that case you can add all those single roles in one composite role.

No - think of it this way - would you ever go into SAP and add a composite role definition to another composite role? SAP will not allow you to do this via PFCG so GRC won't allow you to either

You can add composite roles to business roles however - possibly this might be your required solution.
